TOUR DETAILS

DAY 1 - London Introduction

After an early morning arrival at your London airport we make the most of the day by heading straight to the city for a tour. Prepare to be amazed by the impressive architecture and famous sights you spot as you travel to your hotel.

DAY 2 - The Cotswolds, Hidcote Manor Garden, Broadway and Chipping Campden

Nature enthusiasts will be able to enjoy the peacefulness of the English countryside on this leg of the tour. We will pay a visit to The Cotswolds, a region renowned for its beauty, and stop at the famous arts and crafts attraction Hidcote Manor Garden. You can also revel in the atmosphere of Broadway and Chipping Campden with a pleasant interlude for traditional afternoon tea. We then travel back to London or its surroundings for the evening.

DAY 3 - Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Hever Castle

Lovers of literature can trace the footsteps of writer Vita Sackville-West at the world-renowned Sissinghurst Castle Garden in Kent. Once you have taken the time to experience this iconic landscape, we will then travel to another of the county’s much-loved landmarks, Hever Castle. There you can admire both the rich history and stunning grounds of the castle where Queen Anne Boleyn, second wife of King Henry VIII, was born in 1501. We will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay back at our hotel.

DAY 4 - Hampton Court Palace and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

Explore the world of intrigue, raw ambition and royal splendour as you discover this sublime Tudor palace. We will make our way around the tyrannical monarch Henry VIII’s sprawling residence before relaxing and appreciating the beautiful gardens. The horticultural fun then continues with a visit to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Delve into 250 years of history with these famed beautiful gardens and landscapes. Next, we will travel back to our hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

DAY 5 - London’s Parks

We retreat into the city’s sanctuaries to experience the fruits of nature, starting with a visit to Regent’s Park where you will see its bountiful rose garden. Later, we move on to St James’s Park near Buckingham Palace to enjoy its diverse flora and a picnic, if the weather is suitable. We then provide transport back to the airport for your evening return flight.
